Network Artisan aims to help busy chefs by providing quality pastry products.
The idea is not give chefs pastry products, but to provide the mid-stage to achieve great desserts. This includes time consuming hand-made products like all butter puff pastry, petit fours, truffle, dough and biscuit mix, paste and sauces. We also create menus and can put systems in place if needed.
Our experience includes working for Michelin starred establishments in the UK and fine dining restaurants in America, Australia and France.
This has led us to create a company that meets the needs of the professional kitchen and offer affordable and interesting deserts.
